Everything was perfect l, untill I had to make sure my late check out was approved, when I checked in thr night clerk and another young lady was very polite and welcoming. The next day some guy who I asked about my late check out was rude , cut me off while I was talking to him and he was out if unform and wearing some type of hair bandana. He was just very rude. Something that not up to a Marriott standard in my book .
My family and I stumbled upon this hotel late at night during a road trip, and it turned out to be a fantastic find! The front desk staff, Candace, Brandy, and Jani, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for. Their exceptional service, warm attitudes, and genuine effort to make us happy truly stood out. They made a late-night check-in seamless and stress-free, turning an unexpected stop into a memorable stay. We’re so grateful for their outstanding hospitality and highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through!
The best customer service I've ever seen in a hotel. There is a very nice Asian lady at the front desk who seems to know everyone by name, it is crazy and one of the colles4 things I've ever seen. I didnt even stay there. I stayed at the embassy and met a friend here and wished I changed my reservation. If I could give yall 6 stars I would.
As soon as we walked in the lady at the front desk was super nice. She offered us a bottle of water and was just very friendly. I slept like a King. I loved that the flat screen swung out for better viewing. Everything was very clean. I used the gym and they had a lot of dumbbells in there including a bench and treadmills. The price was also outstanding and I felt very safe. They had a cute little restaurant but you had to pay and that I thought was pretty pricey, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
The hotel was fantastic; clean, great location, and the staff is incredibly kind—especially Lan who made our Christmas stay so special just by being so sweet and courteous to us. Would definitely return and recommend to people needing a spot in the area!

My family had a comfortable and great experience at the Courtyard in Brandon. The rooms were clean, the staff was really friendly, smiled, and greeted us each time we entered the hotel. There was one lady in particular that really made us feel welcome. I hate I can't remember her name. I would definitely stay here again.
The employees at the front desk were some of the nicest people I have ever met working in that position. Although they were all very nice, the nicest was Ian. She was kind, sweet, and helpful!!!
